Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
This notice explains, under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how your personal data is processed when you reach Dentist Büşra Kayan, practicing at Neon Klinik, through the contact or appointment form.
Identity of the Data Controller
Your personal data is processed, as data controller, by Neon Klinik (Mimar Sinan Mah., İstanbul Cd. No:22-24/A, Kemerburgaz, Eyüpsultan/İstanbul, Türkiye), within the scope described below.
What Personal Data Is Processed?
Only when you fill out the contact or appointment form: your full name, email address, the general category you select for your inquiry (for example, "Implant" or "Tooth Sensitivity"), and any optional message you add. The form does not request additional information such as your address, ID number, or detailed health history.
How Is Your Data Collected?
The contact/appointment form on this site does not save your data to any server or database. When you submit the form, the information is prepared as a draft email to be sent directly to us (dtbusrakayan@gmail.com) through your own email application; the message is only sent once you approve it from your own email account.
Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to evaluate your request, contact you, and manage the appointment process, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK. Health-category information that may arise from the category you select (for example, the treatment topic you choose) is processed only on the basis of the explicit consent you give via the form's consent checkbox, in accordance with Article 6 of KVKK.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not transferred to any third party, institution, or abroad. Information you submit through the form is only viewed by the relevant healthcare staff at Neon Klinik, for the purpose of responding to your request.
Retention Period
The website itself does not store your form data on any system. Requests that reach us by email may be retained as part of ordinary correspondence records for a reasonable period, subject to any retention periods required by applicable law.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction within the legal conditions; request that these corrections or deletions be notified to any third parties it was transferred to; object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of your data; and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
